    Spala si taie carnea cubulete, apoi pune-o la fiert in cam 3 L apa. Indeparteaza spuma din cand in cand.

    Pregateste legumele. Spala si curata ceapa, ardeiul gras, morcovul, telina si pastarnacul. Caleste-le in putin ulei. Cand sunt gata, adauga legumele in ciorba.

    Cand carnea este aproape fiarta, adauga 3 Cuburi de Vita MAGGI si piperul.

    20 Min
    Taie cartofii cubulete si adauga-i in ciorba, alaturi de bulion, fasolea verde si mazarea. Lasa in continuare la fiert cam 15 minute.

    5 Min
    Adauga sucul de lamaie si decoreaza ciorba cu frunze de patrunjel sau leustean.
