    Quinoa se lasa in apa la hidratat timp de 40 de minute, apoi se pune la fiert.

    Cand apa incepe sa fiarba, se faramiteaza un cub MAGGI Cub Legume si se lasa la fiert la foc mic, acoperit cu un capac, pana cand quinoa incolteste, apoi se ia oala de pe foc si se separa apa de seminte.

    Cartofii dulci se taie cubulete si se pun la cuptor la 180 grade timp de 10-15 minute.

    Intr-un bol se amesteca uleiul de masline cu otet, usturoi, sare si piper.

    Se adauga in acelasi bol quinoa, cartofii dulci, spanac, ceapa si patrunjel, amestecand bine pana cand toate ingredientele sunt acoperite de dressing.
